StealthWatch is partnered with an
innovative AI networking and observability start-up vendor
that’s looking to hire an experienced
Customer Experience Engineer
to join its growing post-sales team.

This is a
customer-facing technical role
where you’ll take ownership of customers after a successful Proof of Concept, working closely with the deployment team, production rollout and ongoing adoption. You’ll become a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers maximise the value of the platform while identifying opportunities to expand into new use cases.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead customers from POC into production deployment.
  • Deliver onboarding, implementation and technical guidance.
  • Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Delivery teams.
  • Build long-term technical relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Support deployments, troubleshooting and platform optimisation.
  • Travel to customer sites for key milestones and technical reviews.

What we’re looking for

- Strong networking background
with technologies such as BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, routing, switching and telemetry.
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
such as Resident Engineer, Customer Success Engineering or Solutions Delivery.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving technical challenges.
