You will serve as a trusted advisor, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the advertiser experience and platform value. The role requires ownership of partner portfolios, strategic recommendations based on data insights, and promoting product expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with advertising partners.
- Support onboarding and campaign execution to maximize product adoption.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for partnership growth and increased investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, and other teams.
- Gather and relay advertiser feedback for product improvements.
- Develop scalable processes to support ecosystem growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5-10+ years in digital advertising, account management, or customer success.
- Experience managing client or agency relationships within adtech or platform environments.
- Proficiency in interpreting performance data and tools like SQL or advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong ownership, judgment, and commitment to responsible platform growth.
