## The Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day business of a Resiliency service line and to grow it. This leader reports to the Vice President of the business unit and is accountable for both sides of the ledger: the operations that deliver our work and the sales that bring in the next project. The Operations Manager is a seller-doer. They lead engagements, develop staff, manage project financials, and carry an active pipeline of pursuits with state and local governments, utilities, healthcare systems, infrastructure owners, and private clients.

Depending on the business unit, the portfolio may include emergency planning, training and exercise programs, hazard mitigation planning, grant administration and compliance, disaster case management, staff augmentation, program and construction management for mitigation and infrastructure-funded projects, and related professional services.
