The Senior Software Engineer, Data & AI Platform is responsible for designing, building, and scaling data platform capabilities that support analytics, data science, and AI initiatives. This role plays a key part in creating reusable frameworks and services that enable teams to efficiently develop data products and AI-powered workflows, with an emphasis on security, reliability, and innovation. The position contributes to advancing the organization''s data infrastructure and driving improvements in healthcare decision-making through modern data technologies.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design and operate scalable data and AI platform features for analytics and AI use cases with focus on data quality, lineage, security, and governance.

• Develop reusable abstractions, templates, and workflows to standardize data pipeline and product development.

• Collaborate with analytics, AI, data engineering, and application teams to deliver platform capabilities supporting business and clinical decisions.

• Evaluate and integrate modern data and AI technologies emphasizing scalability, reliability, developer experience, and cost efficiency.

• Apply Generative AI to enhance data discovery, documentation, automation, and platform usability.
