We are looking for a creative and product-minded UI/UX Designer to join a growing Hong Kong Team (Working Remotely). This role is ideal for someone who has strong visual creativity while also understanding user behavior, conversion-focused design, and customer experience within an e-commerce environment.

You will be responsible for designing engaging and intuitive user experiences across web, mobile, and marketing touchpoints. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine strong aesthetics with practical product thinking, while working efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

*Responsibilities*

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Improve website and customer journey experience to support engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to align design with business goals
• Maintain and improve design consistency across digital platforms and brand assets
• Support landing page, campaign, and promotional design initiatives
• Conduct basic user research and translate insights into design improvements
• Utilize AI design tools to support ideation, asset generation, and workflow efficiency
• Support social media, graphic design, and basic video editing tasks as part of the creative scope
• Iterate designs quickly based on feedback in a startup-paced environment
