UI/UX Designer– Flexible Title & Commitment

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to own user experience and interface design for a product with a massive total addressable market — the flows and patterns you create will shape how hundreds of thousands of users interact with our platform.

Flexible Title: Can be tailored to reflect your skills & experience. Flexible Time: Can do full-time, part-time, side-gig (off-hours), or fractional (contract). Flexible Commitment: Can do short-term, long-term, or intermittent.

### About The Role

You own how the product feels to use — user journeys, interaction patterns, responsive layouts, and component-level detail for a complex, multi-audience platform. You'll work within a visual brand system set by our Visual Design Director, but how that system comes to life inside the product is yours.

Our devs build rapidly in Cursor with AI — you'll work alongside them, prototyping directly in that environment and defining the patterns and guardrails that keep AI-assisted output on-brand and usable. You bridge design and engineering in a workflow where the line between the two is intentionally blurred.
