The Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be a key member of our Application Services team, working closely with Product Management and Enterprise Architecture to design, build, and support high-quality software solutions.

This role plays a critical part in improving operational efficiency across Keypath and enhancing the end-to-end student experience. You’ll be hands-on across the full software development lifecycle, supporting and customising core systems, oncluding Microsoft Dynamics CRM, within a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other core enterprise systems
• Deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality custom software solutions aligned with business goals
• Contribute hands-on across the full SDLC—from requirements handover through deployment and support
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions in collaboration with Product Management
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with architectural standards and security best practices
• Build cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies, including: Azure Functions, Azure SQL Databases, Queues and messaging services & Log Analytics and monitoring tools
• Implement Azure security best practices, including Key Vaults, Managed Identity, RBAC, and secure networking
