About The Role. The role focuses on developers and customers using real-time communication products, including troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and developing AI technology to provide seamless user support .

Qualifications. *Technical profiles on GitHub, Stack Overflow, or anything similar would be appreciated!*

• AT LEAST 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer, Network Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar roles
• Proficient in L2 and above support; troubleshooting networks (TCP/UDP, firewalls, or configurations, etc.)
• With software development knowledge and AI project experience
• Can converse in English AND Chinese
