About The Role. The role focuses on supporting developers and customers using real-time communication products, including troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and solution architecture teams to improve customer experience.
Qualifications. *Technical profiles on GitHub, Stack Overflow, or anything similar would be appreciated!*
- AT LEAST 2 years of experience in a Support Engineer, Network Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role
- Proficient in L2 and above support
- Experience with troubleshooting networks (TCP/UDP, firewalls, or configurations, etc.)
- With professional AI experience
- With software development knowledge (No need for hands-on experience!)
- Can converse in English AND Chinese
