Description
The design team is responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences that support our primary service delivery EMR system, Ignite. As a member of the design team you are expected to support the team and the product through the product lifecycle:
Ø Understand the user: Build understanding of our customers’ needs, workflows, and pain points through discovery, research, and collaboration with stakeholders
Ø Design the product: Create thoughtful user experiences, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs for existing and new product offerings
Ø Validate the product: Ensure that we deliver user-centered solutions by incorporating usability testing, feedback loops, and iterative design improvements
Ø Support the product: Partner with product, development, and internal stakeholders on an as-needed basis to maintain design consistency, usability, and product quality
