👥 What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing → offer stage)
- Source and attract top talent across
tech, business, and engineering roles
- Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems
- Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

🎯 What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)
- Experience hiring for international or technical roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)

💡 Nice to Have

- Experience in
tech recruitment (IT / AI / Data roles)
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Experience in agency or in-house recruitment
- Understanding of European hiring markets (Germany advantage)
