Position Overview
DolFinContent is seeking a Talent Recruiter to support the continued expansion of the agency’s influencer roster. This role focuses on identifying high-potential creators, conducting professional outreach, managing onboarding, and supporting talent relationship development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media, creator partnerships, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, source, and recruit influencers and digital creators across major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and emerging platforms
• Conduct professional outreach through social media platforms, email communication, and networking tools
• Manage the onboarding process for new creators, including agreements, internal documentation, and profile setup
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with creators through consistent communication
• Maintain accurate internal databases, including talent rosters, creator profiles, and recruitment pipelines
• Research social media trends and identify emerging creators with strong growth potential
• Collaborate with Talent and Sales teams to support campaign opportunities and roster growth
• Track recruitment activity, outreach performance, and talent acquisition metrics
