What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide oversight and support for customer service delivered by strategic third-party administrators (TPAs)
• Develop, refine, and implement business processes to ensure TPAs meet operational and performance standards
• Monitor ongoing performance of TPAs, identifying areas for improvement and addressing compliance issues
• Lead improvement and standardization projects to optimize operational delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and lead implementation efforts for process or system changes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area, OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area, OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, business analysis, or third-party oversight
