The Role
As Product Manager at GALVANY, you'll define and execute the product strategy for our customer app. You'll shape features that make energy management engaging and intuitive for homeowners – turning complex systems into products people actually want to use.
Responsibilities:
- Own vision and roadmap for your product area – discover, translate, prioritize, and deliver.
- Deeply understand customer needs through interviews, data analysis, and collaboration with Sales and Support.
- Measure success, orchestrate sprints and releases, and navigate the four product risks (customer value, usability, feasibility, business value).
- Design engagement loops and incentives that make the product sticky and valuable.
- Support go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Experience. 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g. fast-scaling startups). Demonstrable end-to-end responsibility in software development is a plus.
