About The Role
The role serves as the critical bridge between business strategy and systems enablement, translating operational needs into scalable data pipelines and CRM architectures. The selected candidate will own the optimization of go-to-market systems, sales forecasting models, and core business process automation to drive revenue efficiency.
This position collaborates directly with Sales Operations, Finance, and Enterprise Data teams to ensure unified reporting structures. The focus is on converting complex datasets from Salesforce and enterprise data warehouses into actionable operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance metrics including pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost, and net revenue retention
- Own the administration, workflow automation, and process optimization within Salesforce (SFDC) and connected revenue technology stack tools
- Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean large datasets from Snowflake for ad-hoc business analysis and regular reporting cycles
- Map current-state business processes and design future-state workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to define data schemas and tracking requirements for new business features and product launches
- Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analyses of financial and sales metrics to support executive leadership in strategic decision-making
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or sales operations at a high-growth technology or SaaS company
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, with strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
