What you'll be doing

Simplii Financial is a modern, customer-first organization, and the decisions that shape how we grow, where we invest, and how we compete need to be grounded in rigorous analysis and clear thinking. The Business Performance team exists to make that possible. This team builds the financial models, strategic frameworks, and executive-ready narratives that inform Simplii's most consequential decisions, from annual planning and scenario analysis to board-level presentations and competitive positioning. As Senior Analyst, Business Performance, you are embedded in a cross-functional environment where you own meaningful analytical scope end-to-end. You build and maintain robust financial models, conduct market and competitive analysis, and synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. You are equally comfortable deep in a spreadsheet and presenting findings to an executive audience, and you bring the same standard of rigour and clarity to both.
