About the role.
The Sr. Financial Analyst ISC plays a critical role within the North America Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance team, supporting cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis across the region. This role is responsible for providing insights into operational and supply chain cost performance, supporting month-end and forecast processes, and partnering cross-functionally with finance and operations teams to drive data-based decision making. The successful candidate will contribute to key ISC finance processes including variance reporting, standard cost updates, intercompany pricing, and annual budgeting activities while helping identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and process effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing.
- Conduct month-end variance reporting and analysis across key cost categories including commodity purchase price variance (PPV), logistics, and operations.
- Support quarterly forecasting processes for costs and variances, delivering accurate and timely financial insights.
- Coordinate monthly variance forecasts and present findings and recommendations to finance leadership.
- Analyze financial results against forecasts, budgets, and other benchmarks to identify key drivers and business impacts.
- Partner with NA FP&A, Business Unit Finance, and Plant Operations Finance teams to understand performance trends and explain cost variances.
- Assist with quarterly standard cost updates, intercompany pricing processes, and annual standard cost budgeting activities.
