Lead high-impact, multi-channel creative projects for premium brands in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. This role combines senior project management expertise with emerging AI production methodologies to deliver innovative work at scale. You’ll coordinate creative, strategy, production, and AI specialists while keeping projects aligned with client expectations and business objectives. From planning and resourcing to budgets, timelines, quality, and risk, you’ll have ownership across the full project lifecycle. You’ll also help integrate and optimize Gen AI workflows alongside traditional production processes. Success in this role requires strong commercial awareness, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Accountabilities

• Lead mid- to high-complexity, multi-channel creative initiatives incorporating Gen AI technologies.
• Coordinate integrated teams across creative, strategy, AI production, and other specialist functions.
• Establish and maintain effective project management practices to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, deliverables, and AI workflows.
• Manage project schedules proactively, identifying dependencies and ensuring milestones are achieved on time.
• Optimize resource allocation and coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to support project objectives.
• Lead the integration and optimization of Gen AI workflows within creative production processes.
