What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with Star Rating program leadership and quality improvement teams to support strategy development and evaluation of interventions
• Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement
• Present complex Star performance analyses and actionable insights to diverse audiences, including executives
• Design and maintain recurring and ad hoc Star Rating reports and performance summaries for stakeholders
• Ensure analytical accuracy by applying knowledge of Star Ratings specifications and methodologies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of health data analysis, business analysis, or performance reporting experience
• Demonstrated experience working with Medicare Advantage Star Ratings data and measures
• Strong understanding of CMS Medicare Advantage Star Rating domains
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
