THE ROLE

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own our presence across all platforms. You'll shape how the world sees Metizport, be the voice behind every post, and turn match moments into content that moves.

RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Build and execute a cross-platform social strategy across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

▪ Create and schedule content aligned with tournament schedules, roster moves, and brand milestones

▪ Run real-time social coverage during live events and competitions

▪ Manage and grow our fan communities across all channels

▪ Work with players to amplify individual stories and personal brands

▪ Collaborate with sponsors and partners on co-branded activations

▪ Track performance metrics and continuously improve what we put out

▪ Ideate and lead campaigns that make noise in the esports space

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

▪ 2+ years of social media experience, ideally in gaming, esports, or sports

▪ Deep understanding of esports culture and community dynamics

▪ Strong copywriting and storytelling instincts

▪ Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma for content production is

▪ Basic video editing skills for short-form content

▪ Data-driven approach with experience reading platform analytics

▪ Cool under pressure during live events

▪ Fluent English and a self-starter mindset
