What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects using Scrum/agile methodologies
• Define project scope and schedule, ensuring timely delivery of value and managing risks
• Assemble project plans, direct daily work efforts, and perform quality reviews
• Coordinate data management software upgrades and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Develop and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years in a scrum master role leading scrums for business intelligence and data warehousing
• Minimum of 5 years in a project manager role leading Agile technical projects
• Minimum of 5 years in managing large, complex enterprise-level projects with multiple teams
• Strong technical knowledge in data management and analytics
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira
• PMP certification is a plus but not required
