About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining end-to-end ML architecture, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks, and guiding engineering teams in productionizing scalable AI services. This position requires a strong foundation in statistics, deep learning, and generative AI, along with hands-on cloud expertise and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for building production-grade ML and GenAI solutions while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, without formal people management responsibilities. Flexibility to work remotely within the U.S. is available, with specific in-office requirements for employees in Minnesota, Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas.


Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying production machine learning solutions
• Deep expertise in either Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision, with extensive hands-on solution ownership
