2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Data Scientist - Fleet Analytics will develop and maintain advanced AI and machine learning models to improve damage management and operational decision-making. This role drives the organization’s ability to forecast repair needs, optimize vehicle lifecycle decisions, and predict customer demand, directly impacting efficiency and business outcomes.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of machine learning models including problem definition, data analysis, feature engineering, and deployment.

• Create descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models to evaluate new products and services.

• Develop analytics, reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights to diverse audiences.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and support key objectives.

• Take initiative to support business impact through analytics and pipeline development.

4. Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a data scientist.

• 3+ years experience with data querying (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python).

• 3+ years experience in full machine learning model lifecycle including deployment.

• Proven ability to use machine learning for business impact.

• Experience in machine learning or data science within car rental or technology sectors.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The salary range for this position is starting at $105,000; commensurate with experience.
