ROLE OVERVIEW

The Social Media & Community Manager is responsible for managing social media channel(s) and daily community management for Sky Castle’s Toys creator-driven channels.

Social Media Management:

● Develop and execute a social media marketing campaigns across all platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.

● Work with the brands’ channel managers, video editors and graphic artists to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and visuals.

● Plan, create, schedule, and publish/post static and video content across platforms using native platform tools.

● Write captions and copy aligned with content goals and brand messaging.

● Own the content calendar and ensure timely, consistent posting cadence that meet brand posting goals.

● Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, UGC, and tags.

● Publish a weekly channel performance report focused on insights to improve channel performance.

● Collaborate with marketing director to design and execute social campaigns and launches.

Community Management:

● Responding to high-effort or meaningful fan comments on recent content across all platforms—especially YouTube Shorts, Posts, and Community—while acknowledging other comments with likes or hearts.

● Saving screenshots of unique and notable comments.

● Checking messages from all social media accounts.

● Forwarding customer complaints to Customer Care.

● Responding to inquiries and product-related issues.

● Monitor branded hashtags (e.g., #StickiRolls) to discover, engage with, and document standout UGC.

SKILLS & QUALITIES

● Strong written English communication skills with a natural, conversational tone.

● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Familiarity with major social media platforms and creator tools (YouTube Studio, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
