About this role

We are looking for a Platform Admin Manager to manage the users working as call attendees in our social media application.

Roles & Responsibilities

\* Manage and monitor the platform admin portal

\* Coordinate with attendees and explain the app workflow and functionalities

\* Regularly follow up with attendees and ensure they remain active on the platform

\* Respond to support calls and queries from attendees

\* Resolve attendee concerns and provide timely assistance

\* Maintain proper communication and relationship management with platform users

\* Support onboarding and engagement activities for new attendees

Preferred Skills

\* Good communication and coordination skills

\* Basic knowledge of mobile apps and admin portals

\* Ability to handle user support and follow-ups professionally

\* Customer support or telecalling experience is an added advantage

Candidates should be able to attend direct meetings once a week in Kochi.

Laptop will be provided.
