Job Brief

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help strengthen our brand across both print and digital platforms. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity while supporting a wide range of marketing, advertising, and corporate communication initiatives.

Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will conceptualise, design, and deliver high-quality creative assets that engage audiences, communicate key messages, and support the business's ongoing growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to final production.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design: Design and produce creative assets that align with brand guidelines across both print and digital channels.

Concept Development: Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual solutions for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and promotional materials.

Brand Identity: Create and maintain consistent branding across all artwork, ensuring visual consistency throughout all customer touchpoints.

Print Design: Design brochures, flyers, packaging, posters, signage, business collateral, and other print materials ready for production.

Digital Design: Produce engaging graphics for websites, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and online campaigns.

Logo & Illustration Design: Develop logos, illustrations, icons, and custom graphics to support branding and marketing initiatives.

Video & Multimedia Support: Create and edit simple promotional videos and digital content where required.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, copywriters, managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
