## What the Work Looks Like

Depending on the engagement, Senior Project Managers typically work on:

• Leading IT and technology projects end-to-end, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Owning project and portfolio financials by building budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines, tracking actuals versus plan, and supporting monthly financial close and Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) documentation.
• Monitoring capital and operating expense spend, validating funding approvals, and identifying financial variances for corrective action.
• Supporting portfolio governance and stage-gate reviews while maintaining data quality across Clarity PPM and Jira to ensure accurate portfolio reporting.
• Managing project and portfolio data in Clarity PPM, including financial plans, resource allocation, timesheets, and capital versus expense tracking.
• Running project delivery using Jira for agile and hybrid execution, while managing change, incident, and request workflows in Jira Service Management (JSM) and ServiceNow.
• Producing executive dashboards and KPI reports covering budget accuracy, portfolio financial health, governance compliance, and delivery performance.
• Partnering with Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams on purchase orders, invoicing, accruals, and third-party spend reconciliation.

## What We Look For

## Must Have

• Availability to work EST (US Eastern) business hours.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Portfolio Management, or Financial Analysis, with clear ownership of technology project budgets and forecasts.
