About the Client

The client helps Australian trades and home services businesses grow through Meta and Google lead generation, websites, and marketing systems. As the agency scales, they need a reliable specialist to manage day-to-day marketing execution so the Director can focus on client relationships and new business.

What You'll Do

• Set up, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns for multiple client accounts
• Run Google Ads campaigns and deliver Google SEO improvements
• Build and improve client websites using AI tools, with SEO best practice built in
• Apply AI Engine Optimisation (AEO) so client businesses are surfaced and recommended by tools like ChatGPT and Claude
• Create ad creative, social content, and short-form video for client campaigns
• Join client check-in calls (Teams/Zoom) and turn discussions directly into campaign actions
• Provide clear, consistent daily updates and end-of-day summaries

What We're Looking For

• **3–5 years of experience** in media buying, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation ads — non-negotiable
• Working experience with Google Ads and Google SEO
• Understanding of AI Engine Optimization (AEO)
• Confident using AI tools to build or improve websites
• Able to create ad and social content independently
• Highly reliable, responsive, and self-motivated — you flag issues and progress without being chased
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once
• Reliable internet connection and a proper remote work setup

Nice to Have

• Short-form video editing skills
• Experience with trades, construction, or home services clients
• Cold calling or outbound sales experience
