We're a venture studio that builds and scales a portfolio of D2C, direct-response, and SaaS brands across health, wellness, aesthetics, and B2B software. We pair our in-house marketing and AI-production infrastructure with founders to take brands from zero to scale.

We're hiring a Project Manager to own the end-to-end marketing execution of one of our portfolio brands. This is not a coordination role where you chase status updates. You will be the operator who takes a brand's entire marketing engine — research, angles, funnels, creative pipeline, launch calendar — and drives it from strategy to live campaigns, then keeps it running.

You'll work across paid social, direct-response funnels, and the full creative production line. You need to understand *why* a campaign is structured the way it is, not just move cards across a board.

What you'll own

• The complete marketing flow for a portfolio brand — from audience/market research through to a live, scheduled campaign calendar
• Orchestrating specialists (media buyers, copywriters, video editors, researchers) rather than doing every task yourself
• Building and maintaining direct-response funnels end to end (ad → landing page → offer)
• Translating strategy into an executable production pipeline and holding it to deadlines and budget
• Owning the numbers: reading campaign performance, spotting what's working, killing what isn't
• Keeping everything compliant, on-brand, and on-schedule across multiple channels

Who this is for

You've run performance marketing or direct-response projects at a real operating level — agency, in-house growth team, or your own D2C brand. You've touched Meta/paid social budgets, you understand funnel mechanics, and you can look at a campaign report and immediately tell whether the story it's telling is even *possible*. You're comfortable owning outcomes remotely, asynchronously, and with a high degree of autonomy.
