We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with advanced Adobe InDesign expertise to join our growing creative team.
This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment and can consistently deliver high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Working On:

• Brand identity and visual design projects
• Brochures and company profiles
• Pitch decks and presentations
• Catalogs, publications, and editorial layouts
• Layout-heavy production design
• High-end marketing and corporate collateral
• Quality checking and reviewing design work to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and creative standards

What We’re Looking For:

• More than 5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Previous experience working in a formal advertising agency environment (**required**)
• Advanced Adobe InDesign skills (**non-negotiable**)
• Strong Canva and Google Slides skills
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to QA/check other designers’ work for consistency and brand alignment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable, highly organized, and proactive
• Tech-savvy with updated software and own laptop/work setup
• Flexible with occasional AU office hours adjustments

Bonus Points For:

• Strong knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud apps
• Animation or motion graphics skills
• Experience mentoring junior designers or leading creative projects
