Senior Application Developer
Work Set-up: Work from Home with 2x a month meeting in person at Manila, BGC, Pasig or Makati

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application development from architecture to deployment
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and product features
• Write, review, and maintain clean, efficient, well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases on time
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues and bugs
• Oversee deployment processes, CI/CD, and system reliability
• Mentor junior developers and uphold engineering best practices

Key Tasks & Expected Outputs

• **Architecture & Planning:** Design system architecture with clear, scalable technical plans
• **Feature Development:** Build core features that are production-ready and fully functional
• **Code Quality:** Review and maintain coding standards for a consistent, low-bug codebase
• **Performance Optimization:** Improve speed, efficiency, and reliability of applications
• **Bug Fixing & Maintenance:** Resolve issues promptly to maintain system stability
• **Team Leadership:** Mentor junior developers to strengthen team efficiency
• **Deployment & DevOps:** Manage releases and pipelines for smooth deployments
• **Collaboration:** Work with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery aligned with business goals
