We are looking for a creative Web Designer to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will help drive our growth in the Japanese market through impactful UI/UX and digital design. If you are a passionate professional with a strong portfolio and a knack for B2B SaaS, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

• Partner with our Senior Designer to craft high-converting assets and polish our UI/UX, creating seamless digital experiences for our Japanese audience.
• Turn complex ideas into clear, localized visuals across web, print, and video, including business charts, diagrams, and large-scale event banners.
• Work with content writers, developers, and our Tokyo marketing team to publish mobile-responsive, performance-focused assets.
• Support and implement our standardized design system and web frameworks to ensure a unified brand voice across all departments.
• Align UI/UX with marketing goals to boost engagement and conversions. Bonus points if you have a performance mindset and care about ROI

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

- 2–5 years in a professional design role (B2B SaaS experience is a major plus)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Video editing/motion graphics skills are highly preferred.
- Capable of handling both digital UI and print media (PDF brochures, event banners)
- Please provide a portfolio link or document showcasing your web projects and digital assets.

• Able to manage multiple deadline-driven projects and communicate effectively with teams in Cebu and Tokyo.
• Nice to have:

- Foundational understanding of web marketing metrics (CVR, CRO, bounce rates) and how design influences them.
