We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Backend Developer to support the expansion and maintenance of a customer-facing donation platform across multiple regions (Indonesia, India, and Europe). This role is ideal for candidates ready to handle more advanced backend tasks, including API development, database management, and performance optimization, while working closely with senior developers.

## 🔹 Key Responsibilities

## Backend Development

• Develop and enhance backend services for new regions
• Customize backend logic based on regional requirements
• Ensure alignment with frontend functionality

## API Development & Integration

• Build and maintain **RESTful APIs**
• Ensure secure and efficient data exchange
• Document API endpoints and support integrations

## Database Management (PostgreSQL)

• Support migration from Excel-based systems to **PostgreSQL**
• Optimize SQL queries and perform indexing
• Ensure data consistency and performance

## Development & Maintenance

• Design and maintain **.NET applications**
• Perform code reviews, submit pull requests, and manage releases
• Troubleshoot defects identified by QA and users

## 🤝 Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Provide regular updates on progress
• Monitor service deliverables and system performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices

## 🔹 Qualifications

## Education

• Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, or related field** *(or equivalent experience)*

## Experience

• **1–3 years** in backend development
• Hands-on experience with **.NET and PostgreSQL**
• Experience with **RESTful APIs**
