What is the opportunity?
This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new, fast-paced team at the ground level. The Global Security’s Strategic Insights and Enablement team is building a product that gives leadership real-time visibility into strategic delivery and outcomes—automating manual processes and enabling AI-driven digital transformation across Global Security.
As the Junior Full Stack Developer (Global Security), you'll work in an Agile manner to deliver websites and automations.
What will you do?
- Create, design, analyze, develop, and debug full-stack software applications and responsive web interfaces to meet business requirements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Design and develop user-facing web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) that deliver exceptional user experiences and integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and databases
- Support real-time insights and automation capabilities across the Global Security organization. Work with RESTful web services and backend infrastructure for secure integrations.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, query databases, and establish data flows from various sources. Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Deploy and maintain applications on OCP (OpenShift) cloud platforms, containerize applications, and integrate with existing infrastructure
- Work cross-functionally with business units to gather requirements, support integration projects, and participate in planning sessions
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 2+ years of experience with full-stack development combining Python backend and modern front-end frameworks
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services
- Strong experience with OCP (OpenShift), Azure, or AWS
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with GitHub Actions
