We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in architecting, scaling, and maintaining our enterprise application platforms. In this position, you will move beyond foundational coding to serve as a senior systems thinker, structural decision-maker, and mentor within our technical ecosystem.

The ideal candidate possesses profound technical depth across both backend architecture and frontend interface layers, alongside a proven track record of deploying highly available systems within modern cloud environments.

## Key Responsibilities

## Architecture & Systems Engineering

• Design, build, and continuously optimize robust backend microservices and API integrations capable of handling high throughput and enterprise-scale workloads.
• Champion clean code design patterns, modular architecture, and structural reusability across the entire organization's ecosystem.
• Break down complex business logic and multi-system dependencies into decoupled, highly scalable technical components.

## Performance, Tuning & Data Management

• Author, audit, and refactor complex database schemas, query executions, and indexing strategies to safeguard sub-second data retrieval times.
• Troubleshoot and permanently resolve deep runtime regressions, thread-deadlocks, caching anomalies, and systemic system bottlenecks.
• Implement structured testing frameworks (Unit, Integration, and Automated UI) to ensure a highly resilient production deployment pipeline.

## Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Lead fine-grained, structured technical code reviews, providing team members with precise guidance on architecture guidelines, security postures, and optimization strategies.
