ROLE OPEN: MID AND SENIOR

## Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core products and data integration pipelines.
• Lead the engineering aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of customer data from various systems.

- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and success teams to build solutions that meet customer-specific requirements
- Implement quality control measures and monitoring tools to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of data flowing through the platform.
- Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Work closely with product, success, and sales teams within cross-functional agile teams to deliver sprint goals related to product development, customer onboarding, and platform enhancements.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and proactively manage timelines and risks.
- Explore and recommend new technologies and methodologies that can enhance our products, improve efficiency, and support advanced capabilities like data reporting, anomaly detection, and forecasting.

## Activities & Deliverables

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint/sprint cycle planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Engage in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the data integration platform, ensuring the integrity and reliability of customer data integration.
• Deliver well-documented, testable, and maintainable code across various projects to meet evolving customer needs.
• Contribute to ongoing R&D efforts aimed at improving our data capabilities and product features.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication across teams.

## Skills & Characteristics

- 3 to 5 years or more of experience in software engineering using the Ruby programming language.
