## The Role
As Marketplace & Ecommerce Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building, operating, and growing our ecommerce ecosystem.
Your job is not simply to manage stores.
Your job is to grow them.
You will own marketplace performance, conversion optimisation, promotional strategy, merchandising, affiliate growth, and ecommerce execution across Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and future channels.
You will work closely with founders, creative strategists, livestream hosts, content creators, and marketing partners to drive measurable business outcomes.
