Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to support strategic projects across the company. The role spans analysis, project management, and the cross-functional work that makes complex initiatives actually ship.

Key Responsibilities

• Run analyses to support strategic decisions across the business

• Manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery

• Build operational dashboards and trackers

• Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Prepare materials for leadership meetings and reviews

• Partner with functional teams on planning and execution

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years in business operations, consulting, banking, or strategy roles

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and SQL

• Excellent written communication and structured thinking

• Comfort managing projects across multiple stakeholders

• Bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity

• Hands-on with project management and BI tools
