at PayCaptain, reporting to the Product Marketing Manager. As we scale, we need someone who can drive organic growth, optimise our digital presence, and create compelling content that resonates with our audience.

We’re looking for a high-performing generalist who will become a PayCaptain content specialist. You’ll own our digital channels, shape our SEO strategy, and produce high-impact content, all while working in a remote-first, trust-led culture. If you thrive on data-driven creativity, feel confident in using AI to enhance & speed up your work and love turning complex topics into engaging stories, this role is for you.
 

Who are you?

• A strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for SEO, content, and organic growth.
• Experienced in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or tech industries, with a track record of driving measurable results.
• A natural collaborator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Partnerships) to align digital strategies with business goals.
• Comfortable working in a business that embraces AI to make simple, repetitive tasks more efficient every day, we will expect you to come armed with lots of ideas on harnessing AI in our digital efforts.
