Senior Project Manager, Marketing PMO

As a Senior Project Manager on Intapp’s Marketing PMO team, you will lead complex, high-priority, cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through completion while helping mature how the Marketing organization plans and delivers work. You will bring structure to ambiguity, facilitate collaboration across teams, drive accountability, and ensure projects deliver against their intended outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who combines strong PM fundamentals with the judgment, initiative, and communication skills to independently drive complex work and know when to escalate.

What you will do

• **Lead complex projects end-to-end:** Own high-visibility, cross-functional marketing initiatives, translating business objectives into clear scope, plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and timelines. Manage scope and changes throughout the project lifecycle and apply the appropriate level of project management rigor based on the complexity and needs of the initiative.

• **Drive execution, governance, and accountability:** Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, facilitate working sessions and project meetings, identify next steps, manage risks and issues, resolve blockers, and keep teams moving toward outcomes. Independently address issues where appropriate and escalate material risks or decisions to the Director, Marketing PMO with clear context, options, and recommendations.

• **Partner across the organization:** Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Communications, Operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive accountability without direct authority. Work closely with other PMs to create consistency and share effective practices across the team.
