Over the last 17 years, Resicert has grown from a local operation into Australia’s premier property inspection brand, built on a powerhouse pre-purchase residential inspection footprint across Australia and New Zealand.

Now, we’re ready for our next growth chapter—and we need an entrepreneurial General Manager of Growth & Expansion to lead the charge.

This is a high-impact executive role focused on driving bottom-line inspection revenue through strategic B2B expansion. You will take our proven brand equity and scale it into high-growth verticals, including:

• **B2B & Construction:** Handover defect inspections for new residential developments, apartment blocks, and tier-1/tier-2 builders.
• **Government & Enterprise:** B2B contracts for state and national housing departments, aged care networks, and corporate property asset holders.
• **Specialised Services:** Accelerating adoption of high-margin services like methamphetamine residue testing and investor depreciation schedules.

## What You’ll Be Doing

• **Strategic B2B Growth:** Identify, target, and win high-value commercial and enterprise client accounts across construction, property development, aged care, and government sectors.
• **Service Expansion:** Launch and scale new inspection service lines into our existing footprint.
• **Executive Leadership:** Work directly alongside the executive team to shape growth strategies, set aggressive targets, and unlock new revenue channels.
• **Data-Driven Strategy:** Leverage data, metrics, and key statistics to test, measure, and optimize expansion initiatives.

## What You Bring to the Table

• **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in leading, scaling, and expanding businesses—ideally within construction, property development, property services, or related B2B industries.
• **Strong Network:** Existing C-suite or senior-level connections in property, construction, buyer’s agencies, or institutional property management.
