Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
CyberArk Expansion IAM Business Analyst
to support the expansion, enhancement, and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
CyberArk, Privileged Access Management (PAM), IAM business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements for
CyberArk/PAM expansion initiatives
.
- Work with IAM, CyberArk, Security, Infrastructure, Application, and business teams to identify access management requirements.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze existing
IAM/PAM processes, workflows, access models, and controls
and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support onboarding of applications, users, privileged accounts, service accounts, and infrastructure into
CyberArk
.
- Collaborate with technical teams on CyberArk integration, access workflows, authentication, provisioning, and de-provisioning requirements.
- Create
BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability documentation
.
- Participate in application and account discovery, access reviews, entitlement analysis, and remediation activities.
- Coordinate
UAT
, test planning, defect tracking, and business validation.
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and operational processes.
- Support change management, rollout, and adoption activities for CyberArk expansion.
- Ensure IAM/PAM requirements align with security, compliance, audit, and organizational policies.
- Track requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and project milestones.
