The Senior Manager, Product Marketing and Client Expansion will lead strategic marketing initiatives across a complex B2B SaaS portfolio.


This role combines product marketing, demand generation, client communications, and expansion strategy to translate product priorities into measurable revenue growth.


You will shape differentiated positioning, lead go-to-market launches, and develop compelling messaging that strengthens market impact and customer engagement.


Working closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams, you will create enablement resources that help teams communicate product value with confidence.


You will also identify opportunities within the existing client base and build campaigns that encourage upgrades, expansion, and renewals.


Success in this role will be driven by strong storytelling, data-informed decision-making, cross-functional influence, and disciplined execution.

Accountabilities

• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging across multiple products and customer segments, ensuring clear differentiation and a consistent value proposition throughout the market.
• Partner with Product teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and enhancements, ensuring strong alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience.
• Create, write, and refine external-facing product messaging across websites, third-party review platforms, sales materials, and other customer-facing channels.
