Scrum Master / Product Owner

About this role

Our client, a Fortune 500 Energy & Utility company, has an immediate need for a Scrum Master / Product Owner with ADO experience. The position is fully remote and will begin as an initial 12-month duration with extensions/possible conversion.

This role is a
hybrid Scrum Master / Product Owner Proxy / Business Analyst/Sr. Project Manager
position supporting teams focused on process improvement, IT SDLC, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), AI enablement, reporting, dashboards, and operational planning. The environment follows SAFe practices, utilizes Azure DevOps (ADO), and supports both project and operational work.

A significant portion of the role will support the
IMPACT team
, which manages the integrated plan for major IT production releases, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, maintains RAID logs, and drives planning and issue resolution across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Scrum Master: 3–5 years
• Product Owner or Business Analyst: 1–2 years
• SAFe experience: 3–4+ PIs
• Azure DevOps (ADO): 2+ years
• Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with integrated planning, RAID management, project reporting, and meeting/action tracking
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Planview (LPM), Miro, Power BI, Power Automate
• Microsoft Copilot and AI tool proficiency
• Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management processes
