About the Opportunity:

The STAFF DATA SCIENTIST - GROWTH & EXPANSION role is focused on driving customer growth by providing a comprehensive, data-driven understanding of account activation, multi-product adoption, and expansion within a B2B2C model. This position collaborates across multiple teams including Growth, Go-To-Market (GTM), Finance, and product groups to develop trusted growth metrics and insights that influence strategic decision-making and investment priorities. The role sets standards for measuring growth outcomes and delivers actionable guidance to optimize customer lifecycle stages and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end customer growth metrics across onboarding, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, multi-product adoption, and expansion revenue.
• Identify predictive behaviors for growth beyond initial conversion and establish a prioritized growth agenda.
• Integrate product signals with marketing spend and financial growth targets to create a unified evidence base.
• Model agency-to-sub-account dynamics to reveal compounding value drivers.
• Collaborate with Experimentation & Causal Inference leads to design and interpret rigorous growth experiments.
• Align definitions and models across product strategy and growth teams to avoid duplication.
