Finance & Operations Manager

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to join our small team in Bangkok. Besides managing numbers and documents, you will also be on the frontline, working with our clients and guides while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

About Us

TRIPZA sightseeing is a Bangkok-based tour operator offering guided day trips. We operate high-volume daily tours and provide services in up to 28 languages, serving international customers through major online travel platforms and direct bookings. Our core products include day tours to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and Maeklong Railway Market, Ayutthaya World Heritage, and Bangkok City Tours.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting.
• Prepare and oversee VAT and WHT filings.
• Coordinate with external partners.
• Support tour operations.
• Process and maintain government documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and Thai tax regulations.
• Fluent in Thai with a working proficiency in English for communicating with foreign customers.
• Comfortable working early mornings, late evenings, and weekends on a rotating schedule (between 05:30 and 22:00).
