In the last 3 months, our ads have generated over 180 million impressions. Individual ads regularly hit 5, 10, 25, even 30 million views. We are not another brand that runs ads - we build some of the most-watched creatives in Thai ecommerce.

This role is 100% remote that values performance. We are now entering our "Hyper-Growth" phase and we need two more senior graphic designers to join our team.

## Who We Need?

The Senior Graphic Designer at ErgoLab is not only here to make things that "look nice." You are here to make visuals that stop the scroll and drive people to buy.

Your primary focus will be designing high-converting Meta ad creatives at volume. Beyond that, you will also cover LINE broadcasts, Shopee/Lazada banners, and organic social content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

## Here's What You'll Actually Do:

Own Static Ad Creative.

Make new ads weekly. You design static creatives that go up against video - and sometimes outperform it. Banners, carousels, stories, promotional graphics - fast, high-quality, at volume. You work from proven templates and frameworks along with freestyling. Flawless execution is the job.

Research & Creative Intelligence.

You actively study what top brands globally are doing - what formats win, what hooks stop the scroll, what's trending. You don't wait to be handed inspiration - you go find it (we'll train you & give ...
