Position Overview - Digital Marketing Project Manager:


We are looking for a highly organized, data-driven Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of team dynamics and technical infrastructure. In this role, you won't just be moving tasks around; you’ll be the architect of our agency’s workflow. Your primary mission is to optimize our Wrike environment to ensure that our teams are balanced, our resources are maximized, and our leadership has the visibility they need to make high-level strategic decisions.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


Wrike Infrastructure & Administration:

• Act as the internal "Product Owner" for Wrike. You will build, maintain, and evolve our workspace—including custom fields, request forms, blueprints, and automated workflows—to match our growing agency needs

Resource Allocation & Capacity Planning:

• Monitor team bandwidth in real-time. You’ll be responsible for identifying bottlenecks before they happen and reassigning tasks to ensure no one is burnt out and no deadline is missed
