We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven eCommerce Sales Manager to lead and deliver the overall performance of our UK digital commerce business. This role is a key member of both the UK Sales team and the wider EU eCommerce function, with full responsibility for driving growth across our fastest-growing channel.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our eCommerce strategy across Amazon Europe and D2C platforms, helping the business achieve its commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the **P&L** for the UK eCommerce business, including **Amazon Europe and D2C channels**
• Develop and execute **strategic go-to-market plans** in collaboration with brand marketing, supply, and other business functions
• Build and strengthen relationships with **external retail and digital partners** to deliver commercial plans
• Manage and support the **eCommerce Sales Intern**, including annual recruitment
• Own and manage UK “retail” relationships with external support partners to maximise commerce opportunities
• Lead **ad hoc Amazon EU3 projects** in collaboration with the wider EU eCommerce team
