Senior UX/UI Designer - Digital Platforms & Enterprise Systems

About this role

We are looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Senior UX/UI Designer to create build-ready designs for web, intranet, enterprise portals, and mobile experiences.

### 🔹 Role Overview

• Translate **business & functional requirements** into practical, tested designs
• Work closely with **Project Managers, BAs, Developers & Clients**
• Ensure **consistency, usability, and successful implementation** across platforms

• Public websites (Government / Free Zone / Enterprise)
• Intranets & Employee Experience Platforms
• Business applications & workflows
• Mobile & responsive web apps
• Liferay DXP–based platforms & other frameworks

### ✅ Key Responsibilities

• Transform BRDs & user stories into **user journeys, task flows & screen flows**
• Conduct **UX discovery, stakeholder interviews, validation workshops**
• Deliver **personas, journey maps, IA, navigation models**
• Design **developer-ready UI, modular/reusable components, and design systems**
• Handle **Arabic & English layouts (RTL/LTR)**
• Design for **responsive, tablet, and kiosk use cases**
• Create **wireframes, clickable prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs**
• Ensure **visual consistency & clear specifications for dev handover**
